Paper: COVER: 290gsm dark green paper with textured finish allowing for a die cut
TEXT: 157gsm matte coated paper
Ink: COVER: Dark Green special paper with gold foil stamping / 0
TEXT: 4 color + spot varnish two sides
Artwork:
Print Ready PDF or In Design CS5 files. Also provided: CMYK files of photos prepared to size plus surrounds (TIFF files) Rich black text.
Proofs: In plant inspection during the run
Finishing:
Perfect Bound, Gold foil stamping on cover and spine, Die-cut Cover
Shrink wrap individually, apply bar code sticker (produced by factory) on outside of
shrink wrap.

Addition of stiff paperboard under each book prior to shrink wrap (no printing), used to stabilize book for the support of a paperboard box.
Box: An 8" x 5" paperboard box printed with photo image. Box placed on top of book and shrink wrapped together with the book.
